Make sure your hands are properly washed to avoid introducing bacteria along with the tampon.

Tear open the tampon packaging and remove only the bottom part. Gently push your finger into the tapered end of the tampon just enough for it to slightly cover your fingertip.

With the tampon securely on your finger, locate the vaginal opening, remove the top part of the packaging, and, while relaxing your vaginal muscles, gently insert the tampon. For comfortable wear, ensure that your finger, along with the tampon, enters about 2 cm into the vagina.

Leave the string outside and don’t forget to change the tampon after 4 hours!
