RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

 

At Pure Path, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, excluding shipping charges.

To be eligible for a return:
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn, unused, and sealed (if applicable)
  • With original tags and packaging
  • And accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15–45 days, depending on your issuing bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@purepath.ae within 2 days of delivery.

Kindly retain the original packaging while we guide you through the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following items:

  • Opened or unsealed products
  • Toothbrushes and tongue scrapers
  • Period panties

Additionally, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exceptions may apply only if the item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 2 days if there’s an issue at info@purepath.ae

Shipping Fee Adjustment for Returns

If your return causes the remaining order total to fall below our AED 200 free shipping threshold, the standard delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.

We’ll provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
