1. How do I know if a product is right for me or my family?
We provide detailed descriptions, ingredients, and usage information on each product page to help you make the right choice. If you have specific sensitivities or concerns, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help.
2. Can I return any item?
Some items can be returned, and others cannot for hygiene reasons. Please check our Returns & Refund Policy for the full list of eligible items and return instructions.
3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@purepath.ae with your order number.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, we currently deliver across all Emirates in the UAE.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery. A AED 10 fee applies to Cash on Delivery orders. You’ll see all available payment options at checkout.
6. Can I include a gift message or gift wrapping?
Not at the moment. If you're sending a gift, feel free to email us and we’ll see how we can help personalize it for you.
7. Will you restock sold-out items?
Yes, we try to restock all popular items regularly. If something you love is out of stock, click the “Notify Me” button on the product page or email us at info@purepath.ae, and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s back.
